We want you to know that your privacy concerns are important to us; and in accordance with law we are supplying you with this privacy statement.  The Gramm-Leach_bliley Act requires that dealers who finanace, lease or offer customers insurance to provide a disclosure of the dealer's use of the information it obtains about customers.  In compliance with this act we are providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices at Merz RV Center, Inc.

Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to your information.  In addition, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures that comply with federal regulations and state regulations to safeguard your information.

Merz RV Center, Inc., knows that non-public personal information of its customers is confidential.  Accordingly, we do not collect or share non-public personal information except as explained below or if compelled by law.

Non-public personal information is any personally identifiable information about that we obtain from you or orthers as part of your purchase from us of a financial product, such as an RV loan.  In order to deliver financial products and services of value to you, we may gather and exchange such information about you from you or from outside organizations.  Non-public personal information collected may include your name, address, birth date, and details of any financial transactions.  We limit the collection and use of such customer information to the minimum required to deliver superior service to our customers.

We may collect and exchange information with consumer reporting agencies and entities having the information necessary to process your transaction, including Bureaus of Motor Vehicles, fraud reporting agencies, claims index bureaus, current and prior insurers and/or finance companies.  Otherwise, we do not disclose any of the collected information to any outside organizations to provide support services, we require them to conform to our privacy standards.
